This page will take through the most straight forward process in applying for visa. The only thing, which stops us from labeling these instructions as a "Dummies Series," is our great respect for our clients. We truly think that getting visa with our company is a smart choice. Please be informed that Ukraine introduced a visa free regime for citizens of the countries of European Union, U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, who may stay in Ukraine without visas up to 90 days.
A passport valid for six months beyond the planned date of travel is required.
For citizens of the above mentioned countries who enter Ukraine with the purpose of employment, permanent residency, study and work at the diplomatic missions of the above mentioned countries in Ukraine or with any other purpose if they are going to stay in Ukraine for more than 90 days, visas are still required.
If you are a green card holder and you have a travel passport, visa is required to travel to Ukraine


In order to obtain a Ukrainian visa the following paperwork must be submitted to our office:

  • Visa application form (pdf, 110KB)
  • The original national passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages. It must be valid for at least six months after the date of departure from Ukraine
  • 1 standard passport size picture (2x2)
  • Include one payment check or money order payable to Coast to Coast Visa and Immigration Services comprising of our Processing Fee (per visa).
    Note: We accept cashier checks or money orders and personal checks.


    Important Information

     In certain circumstances visa may not be granted by the Ukrainian Consular Section. We have no control over these events, and a reason is not always given. In these circumstances a refund cannot be made. Refunds are only available prior to your data being submitted to the Ukraine Ministry.

    All documents must be received by 10am in order for processing time to be in effect. Also be aware of the all legal Ukrainian and US holidays.
